Avoid grey areas by using PureTone ISO Process Black and PureWhite High Opacity Opaque White Inks
Jet Technologies is proud to introduce to you Pulse Roll Label Products’ PureTone ISO Process Black (PT110-807) and PureWhite High Opacity Opaque White (20-910) inks for the highest quality label and packaging printing.
PureTone ISO Process Black (PT110-807)
Formulated for HD flexo printing, the PureTone ISO Process Black offers a strong, dense black with high coverage, excellent lightfast properties and high chemical resistance. With superb adhesion properties, it is suitable for printing on a wide range of coated papers and films, label stocks and shrink films.
Intended for process printing using a 4 volume (or less) anilox, the lower film weight results in reduced dot gain and higher definition when used in conjunction with HD flexo software.
With fast cure, the PureTone ISO Process Black is significantly stronger than a standard UV flexo process black. Subject to the choice of anilox, plate, tape and substrate, the PureTone ISO Process Black, combined with other high strength PureTone UV flexo process inks can also allow the printer to achieve ISO12647-6 compliance.
As part of the next evolution of the PureTone UV flexo ink system, the PureTone ISO Process Black also complies with the latest industry standards and EuPIA guidelines.
It is the perfect choice for narrow web printers seeking a strong dense black for the highest quality label and package printing.
PureWhite High Opacity Opaque White (20-910)
Offering the highest opacity in the PureWhite range of UV flexo opaque white inks, this tried and tested product is well-known and loved by label and package printers worldwide.
The PureWhite High Opacity Opaque White demonstrates excellent press performance, with fast cure, superb adhesion and unrivalled opacity for general label printing.
Frequently used for high coverage in the printing of premium labels and packaging for the beverages, pharmaceutical and beauty care sectors, this product is suitable for printing on a wide range of substrates including coated paper, films and label stocks.
The high opacity also eliminates the need for two hits of white and can replace screen printing, traditionally required to achieve the required density for the highest quality print. With reduced ink consumption, increased production efficiencies and, ultimately, time and money saved, it is easy to see why this product is a firm favourite in the narrow web sector.
