Flint Group has introduced dayGraphica® 4300 and dayGraphica® 7100 – two durable, high-performance blankets meticulously crafted with superior surface and carcass technology to strengthen its leading printing blanket range, empowering printers to streamline processes and minimise overall cost to print.
Designed for both traditional UV curing lamps and UV LED sheetfed applications, dayGraphica® 4300 improves performance through high-quality output. Its microground surface layer resists swelling and embossing from traditional UV and UV LED inks while delivering excellent dot reproduction. A thick compressible layer ensures uniform pressure across many press configurations and format sizes, and its outstanding smash recovery further boosts the value-for-money it offers.
As a combination blanket, dayGraphica 7100 reduces complexity and consumables purchases and minimises downtime by combining the ability to print both conventional and UV inks with a single product. With advanced carcass technology, dayGraphica 7100 maintains consistent gauge over its long lifespan. Its uniquely blended surface layer ensures excellent ink transfer and halftones.
