HP will showcase a wide range of applications from worldwide converters that are transforming and
growing their businesses with HP Indigo’s LEP-based digital printing.
Live demonstrations on the HP stand will include their full
label and packaging web portfolio -including the HP Indigo GEM

HP Indigo 8000 – the most productive narrow-web press
– will also be printing shrink sleeves and labels at 80mpm
in-line with the ABG Fast track semi-rotary die.
A range of breakthrough HP Indigo ElectroInks for labels
and packaging is an additional highlight at Chicago, with HP
Indigo ElectroInk Silver making its Americas debut. The ink
supports a wide range of metallic colours and is enabling new,
high-value digital applications with cost-effective production.
In the security zone, HP experts will present its printing
solutions for brand protection including anti-counterfeiting
marks; track and trace; as well as process control. New covert
inks will be demonstrated including HP Indigo ElectroInks
yellow and blue.
The commercially available HP Indigo Pack Ready for Labels
solution will also be displayed. The solution enables production
of high-resistance labels for food, household and chemical
applications.
An enhanced HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press, for the
production of labels with high-productivity shrink sleeves and
flfl exible packaging, will also be on the HP booth, running
in-line with a new ABG unit designed especially for the press
for coating and slitting.
Additional added-value solutions for the HP Indigo 20000
include Pack Ready Lamination for producing flexible packaging
with zero cure time.
Hands-on demonstrations of HP’s latest DFE Production
Pro for labels and packaging, workflfl ow and design applications,
include new offerings in the cloud-based HP PrintOS
Marketplace, HP Mosaic, and automation solutions.
