Nilpeter recently hosted Ultra Labels at its headquarters in Denmark. The visit was not just a meeting between two renowned companies but also a celebration of their longstanding partnership.
Over the past few years, Ultra Labels and Nilpeter have collaborated closely on a new project, culminating in the final demonstration of Nilpeter’s cutting-edge mid-web flagship, the FA-26.
It was a big moment as Ultra Labels’ CEO Scott Springett and Production Manager Johnny Marusic travelled across the globe to witness this milestone. The result? A sealed deal and the start of a renewed partnership, that promises great things ahead.
Established in 2009, Ultra Labels has become a leading Australian-owned label and flexible packaging manufacturer, with operations in Brisbane, Sydney and the Barossa Valley. Their facilities boast state-of-the-art printing technologies, and their experienced team delivers top-tier solutions with industry-leading turnaround times.
What’s more, Ultra Labels is committed to environmental sustainability, aligning with Australia’s National Packaging Targets for 2025 – a goal that the new Nilpeter FA-26, featuring UV LED-curing technology, is ready to support seamlessly.
This collaboration represents a major step forward, not only for Nilpeter but also for Maxteq, Nilpeter’s authorised agency in Australia and New Zealand. Both Andrew Maxwell, Managing Director of Maxteq, and Erik Blankenstein, Sales Director of Nilpeter Asia Pacific, expressed their excitement about launching this partnership.
The sale of the first 26” wide flexo press to the Australian market marks a pioneering step, setting the stage for similar trends across the broader APAC region.
