Sydney – September 12, 2019: Screen GP’s Peter Scott has announced that he will be there and the company will showcase how label converters can increase productivity and boost revenues with its flagship digital label presses at Labelexpo Europe 2019 (Hall 9, Stand 9B30). The 5-day show opens on Tuesday 23rd September at the Brussels Expo, Belgium.
He says: “With market-leading uptime, virtually no set-up time and speeds of 60 metres per minute, the Truepress Jet L350UV+ and the Truepress Jet L350UV+LM provide unparalleled productivity. By maximising throughput label producers can ultimately boost revenues and enhance business operations.”
There will be live demonstrations so Labelexpo visitors can observe unrivalled speeds first-hand, alongside the high-quality achievable with the L350UV+ series through a variety of application examples. This includes self-adhesive labels, pouches, bottle wraps, pharmaceutical labels and cosmetic boxes.
Workflow automation is also a major feature with CERM, Hybrid and OneVision on hand to demonstrate how their respective software can be integrated with the Screen EQUIOS workflow solution which comes with the L350UV label press series..
ANZ label printers will also get a first look at Screen’s recently launched blue ink, used with the Truepress Jet L350UV+. Scott says: “With almost thirty percent of brands now incorporating blue ink into their corporate colours or logos, label producers can quickly recreate even the most vivid blue tones in record time – a must when it comes to impressing big-brand clients.”
For food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, the Truepress Jet L350UV+LM incorporates low-migration ink. This enables label producers to quickly and cost-effectively produce premium quality safe labels and comply with stringent food and pharmaceutical regulations.
As Scott notes: “Screen has now shipped around 150 digital label presses worldwide, with six in Australia and New Zealand sold by Screen and our channel partner Jet Technologies. There will be further exciting announcements during the show. Both Jet and I extend a warm welcome to all ANZ visitors to come and say hello at Labelexpo.”
