Maxcess has unveiled a new GuideLine sensor that allows users to easily touch the line or 2D pattern they want to guide to with ease and accuracy. The Fife GuideLine Digital Line Guide Sensor claims to offer up to 10 times the accuracy of the competition, the largest field of view on the market and the ability to touch to the line you want to guide to on-the-fly without having to stop your machine to change guide points.
“Fife has decades of experience bringing high-tech line guide sensing technology to the market,” said Darren Irons, Global Product Manager for Fife Guiding. “With GuideLine, we wanted to give users the most accurate line guiding sensor on the market with the widest field of view at a competitive price point. We think users will love being able to simply touch the line or pattern they want to guide to, especially on-the-fly without having to stop the machine.”
Featuring a 32 mm field of view, up to 10x sensing resolution, an intuitive colour touch screen in 19 languages, the ability to touch the line you want to guide to with ease, as well as the ability to sense challenging materials like low-contrast lines, black-on-black lines in tyre and rubber applications, and tabs on lithium-ion battery webs, the GuideLine packs enormous value at a competitive price point.
