Peacock Bros., a leading provider of supply chain technology, printing and labelling solutions, has announced its acquisition of printing, packaging and handheld computing specialists, O.J. Holdings Pty Ltd.
Established in Australia in 1987, the company distributes a range of barcode scanners, mobile computers, thermal printers, labels, signage, and safety and packing products, along with specialising in the supply of in-house sign and label-making systems.
In addition to developing its own best-in-breed technologies like ‘O.J. Pro’ – a sign-making and printing solution – O.J. Holdings also distributes a range of leading handheld computing technologies from brands like Zebra Technologies, Honeywell, TSC, Point Mobile and CipherLab Mobile Computers.
Operating from its head office and manufacturing plant in Keysborough, Victoria and with sales and service coverage in both NSW and Queensland, O.J. Holdings services customers across a broad range of industries including freight and logistics, food and beverage, healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Major companies that work with O.J. Holdings include Baby Bunting, Dulux, Toyota, Ford, DHL, BHP, Hastings Deering, CUB, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills and Nestlé.
Ryan McGrath, Peacock Bros. Group Managing Director, says the new acquisition further strengthens the Group’s range of products and solutions within the thermal label, printer and packaging marketplace.
