The Spicers Group has entered into an agreement with Winson Group to acquire Signet Packaging, one of Australia’s leading distributors of packaging, protective papers, marking and other business supplies serving a diverse range of industry sectors across Australia.
With an impressive revenue of AUD$150M, Signet offers a range of more than 5,500 packaging products and has positioned itself as a one-stop shop for shipping consumables and e-commerce solutions, including protective packaging, cartons and stretch films. The packaging company has a national footprint, with production and warehouse facilities in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth manned by a dynamic team of 200 staff.
